Michael and Liz had a wooden lean to on the rear of their property. The lean to had become tired and started to rot. Michael and Liz approached me with the idea of replacing it with a Conservatory. I discussed a few different options with them and gave them some rough costing for the different ideas. In the end Michael and Liz decided that they would like the best of both worlds by having a warm roof extension with lots of glazing. This gave them the summer room feel with the insulation in the roof, walls and floor to be usable all year round. We created a utility room in the other half of the extension which lead from the kitchen, Liz used this area for her white goods to give her more room in the kitchen and also a porch area for coats and shoes.
Customer review
"Richard advised us on options for a utility room and sun room to replace an old wooden conservatory. He gave us ideas, then when we had decided what we wanted he drew up plans for us and guided us through the process. I am more than happy to recommend Richard's services to anyone planning building work"
