A householder planning application costs £206 for an extension or renovation.

Full application costs £462 for a new dwelling.

Full application costs £407 for alterations or extensions to two or more dwellings/flats within the boundaries. (First submissions of matters)

All outline applications costs £462 per 0.1 hectare (approx 31.622m2) for sites up to and including 2.5 hectares.

At plan and design you will pay only one fee, this will be for your drawings and application included.  Plan and design will submit your application on your behalf, if you require.
