Single storey kitchen extension

Dave and Sue had put up with their kitchen for years.  It was in need of modernisation and they decided they were at a stage of life that they would treat themselves.  They asked me to design a kitchen extension which would give them a bigger kitchen, an area for a dining table and room for them to sit so they could be together when Sue was cooking.  I gave them an initial design which they were really pleased with.  I arranged for a structural engineer to design the beams for the removal of the back wall.  I filled in the documents for building control and submitted everything on their behalf.

Plan and Design provided the drawings for a extension we had done. It was a thoroughly professional job from start to finish, all our needs were taken into account and Richard fully explained all options open to us along with the pros and cons. Can't recommend highly enough, a top notch and efficient service.
